Lis Wihl (born on August 19, 1961) was an American writer and lawyer who worked for Fox News.
She's a professor adjunct of law at New York Law School, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has also provided legal analysis on the National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio show, The Radio Factor. She has a weekly appearance on The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl, who was born and raised in Yakima located in Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima in the state of Washington from West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She was the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She worked as the assistant chief investigator counsel to Democrats at the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She taught law as a tenured law professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle which she was the manager of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 until 2001. She worked as an analyst for Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
